Due to the nature of our work—custom, service-based, and often digital—refunds are generally not provided once a project has begun or work has been delivered. However, we strive to ensure client satisfaction and will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

• The project has not yet started, and no resources have been allocated
• A duplicate payment was made by mistake
• The project is cancelled by mutual agreement before any work has been completed

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Work has already started or been delivered, partially or fully
• Delays caused by client in providing necessary information, feedback, or approvals
• Client changes the scope or requirements after the project has started
• Third-party service issues not under our control (e.g., hosting, APIs, software tools)

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project before it begins. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the work already completed and resources committed. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
