These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by SystemTech Service Solutions, including website development, website maintenance, integration services, 2D/3D cartoon animation, and customized application development. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Offered

We provide professional services including but not limited to:

• Website Design and Development
• Website Maintenance and Updates
• System and API Integration
• 2D and 3D Cartoon Animation Production
• Custom Application and Software Development

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary materials, access credentials, and timely feedback required to complete the agreed-upon services. Delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice. A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All original work created by SystemTech Service Solutions remains our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

5. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project scope. Any additional changes or out-of-scope work may be subject to additional charges and extended delivery timelines.

6. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery times will be provided, but actual timelines depend on the timely delivery of client materials, communication, and project complexity. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and projects. Any information provided to us will be kept strictly confidential unless required by law or agreed otherwise by both parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
